Chest — measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level with the ground and flat across your back.
Waist — measure the narrowest part of your torso, roughly an inch above the navel. Keep the tape snug, not tight.
Hip — measure around the fullest part, standing with your feet together and the tape parallel to the ground.
Ankle — measure around the pant hem opening, where it sits at the ankle.
