How to measure
- Bust — measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level with the ground and flat across your back.
- Waist — measure the narrowest part of your torso, roughly an inch above the navel. Keep the tape snug, not tight.
- Hips — measure around the fullest part, standing with your feet together and the tape parallel to the ground.
- Shoulder — measure across your back, from the outer edge of one shoulder seam to the other.
Use a soft measuring tape over light clothing, and ask someone to help if you can — it’s hard to keep the tape level on your own.
